Hi, blog. I haven’t been ignoring you, I promise. It’s just that work is really busy right now and I don’t have internet at home so I’m having a hard time updating lately. Tomorrow is my 25th birthday. Typically I get really into birthdays, especially my own, but this year I am just not feeling it. Maybe one of the best frozen pizzas I’ve ever had: It had delicious chunks of tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese and dried basil. Plus, the crust was thin and crispy! Awesome!! Will you still be my friend if I told you I bought it for $5 at Wal-Mart? I purchased it in a box-store panic right after I moved in. To offset the guilt I felt for consuming Wal-mart food: I sauteed some organic, never-frozen, fresh corn and zucchini in olive oil, seasoned with black pepper and a little sea salt.
